Our Mission
Nestled in the rolling farm fields of Greenbush Township, our family has been here helping create the most beautiful country weddings in Minnesota since 1934. Our huge finely manicured yards and gardens is sure to impress you and your guests on your wedding day. Then dance the night away in our authentic barn loft and relax by the boulder fire pit. We’re here with you every step of the way throughout the entire planning process and on your wedding day.
Our History
The Historic Deglman Farm is a rich piece of Minnesota history. My father, Ivan Deglman purchased this beautiful property in 1934. He, along with my mother alone, raised dairy cattle, hogs, chickens & lots generations of children here. The fertile soil once produced corn, soybeans, potatoes, flax, oats, sugar cane & even tobacco.
The dairy barn, built in 1946, is now the centerpiece of our family farm. Our current dance floor was once home to several thousand bales of alfalfa hay for feeding the 28 Holstein cows housed below. We are so honored to share our home with you & strive to make your wedding the extraordinary event that you deserve. At The Historic Deglman Farm, we love what we do & it shows.

FAQs
Does Deglman Farm provide day of coordination?
Farmer Dave will be your day of coordinator for all things concerning the farm. I know he looks like and old farmer (well, he is) but he is also a good day of coordinator. With the experience of literally hundreds of weddings at the farm he knows what works and what doesn’t. He knows how guests move around the farmyard and the barn loft. Feel free to reach out and use that experience at no extra charge.
How many guests can we invite?
250 is the maximum number of guests we can host.
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of on-site parking provided in The Old Cow Pasture parking area. Use the east driveway. Do not use the blocked west driveway. You will have better access from the parking lot area.
Is there a bar on site?
There are 2 bar areas provided. The hayloft bar upstairs in the barn loft and The Udder bar outdoors near the dinner area.
What dѐcor does Degleman Farm provide?
Does Deglman Farm provide catering?
Deglman Farm does not cater. You are responsible for hiring the caterer and ensuring caterer cleans up properly.
